I don't know Hughton's ambitions, but he appears very humble

and I find that the Norwich job is the job he earnt at Newcastle (clearly)

I always wanted Lambert to be someone who'd settle down and make one club great, but that was just a dream. Hughton with his years at Spurs, fills me with realistic thoughts that he might want the job here for the long haul
