Yep, look at Sainsburys/tescos/Mo rrisons etc, make billions a year...
and pay workers at a level they know that WTC will kick in thus they don't have to pay them. In effect, the tax payers subsidies these companies making even more millions for the greedy shareholders. It's all greed at the end of the day.
