How do you mean?
Can only speak for the Chileans I speak to which nearly all of them supported her on the Falklands stuff. Under both the Kirchner's Chile's relationship with Argentina has been a lot better than it has in the past. As for other nations, Chavez is a fan of her and is trying to egg her on to get Argentina more in line with their socialist policies. Peru and Brazil also both supported Argentina in the latest Falklands discussions. I think the view of her many opponents in Argentina and other South American countries is she needs to concentrate on Argentina's issues first (rising drug problems, poorly kept railway system, poor construction) before getting involved in foreign issues/affairs.
