To finish above the Fronch, we have to better their result. In particular, if we both win, then we have to win by more goals than they do.

If we win by 2 more goals than they do, or more than that, then we're top.

If we only win by one more goal than they do, then it depends how many we each score:
- If we score the same number as Fronce do, or more than they do, then we are top on goals scored.
- If we score one less than they do, then we finish top on rankings.
- If we score two less than they do, or worse, then they are top.

Voila.
