All Francis's fault then

Love Delia for all that she's done but can't agree with that statment.

1- Damien Francis

There was also a good chance he would go in the summer. The fact is the club saw fit not to replace him, take his goals out the mix and there's not a lot there. Narks me that Brum reserve Darren Carter goes for ?1.5M, Francis goes for the same despite being one of the top midfielder goalscorers in a struggling team.

2- Hull City game

Didn't see a great deal of mass improvement in that game. Pissing a game is Cardiff City at home 4-1, not springing into action after conceding a piss poor goal in the first couple of minutes.

3 - Injuries

The majority of people on this board recognized that injuries in the middle would leave us in the s**t. This has been proven yet we wanted to buy another striker.

4 - Just ask Sunderland and West Ham

Both had to conduct firesales of their best players on relegation and re-build. We did not, instead we let players go and signed replacements who still wouldn't cut it at the top level.

5 - A good manger doesn't turn bad overnight.

This rot has been setting in for a long time now. Yes Worthy done well to win the league last time out but it was a poor division that season and we took a gamble that paid off. I'd like nothing more than to see him turn it around but I don't think he can, compared to what I've seen elsewhere this season we're not even close to being top six.

Finally I'd love to know who threw their tie in disgust!
