think you're right

We've been bad at crossing the ball for seasons. We've not turned up until the second half of the game for seasons. We've thrown away leads by sitting back for seasons. We've had no ability to pass through the midfield for seasons. We've been crap at penalties for seasons. We've had no muscle in midfield for seasons. We've had no natural right winger for seasons.

These problems whould have been addressed years ago. The fact that they haven't again indicates to me (and to most other fans) that worthy is simply not doing his job as manager.

of course a change of manager normally implies a change in the backroom staff - i'd probably get a fresh face in to manage and get williams involved in the coaching and stuff.
