I agree... the plan should be...

It is extremely hard to replace the best players. Clubs often end up signing several replacements that are not as good, and so spend more money than if they had kept their best players. The club suffers in the meantime.

Norwich need to sign better players in the squad before they sell. For example, this summer Norwich should buy a new striker to replace Holt, then only consider selling Holt during the following transfer window if his replacement has proven to be good enough.
