Give Green his confidence back
Have more effective tactical ideas than Worthy
Find a better midfielder than Hughes
Play Safri (P.S. I backed Safri from the start, thanks.)
MLJ is second rate, but with a decent midfield Colin will become a good signing, just you wait.
Perhaps he'll stick Jarrett in the reserves where he belongs?

Afterall, we were discussing why you'll burn your season ticket if Burley becomes our next manager, weren't we?
