Unlike me of course..

Just sent off my ?60.00 begrudgingly.

On the blurb that was sent with the penalty notice there were a number of "Mythbusters".

Amongst the reasons given for the location of mobile and static speed cameras was that they are placed in areas of particular risk where fatalities had occured.
Not as a scource of revenue in places where motorists were easily caught out.

Funny old thing.
On my way to work this evening there was a mobile camera on the A27 leading to Fareham just around the corner from where i live.
Now. I've been living here a good number of years and i could not recall any fatalities on this particular stretch of road.

But then.
What the fcuk do i know.
