So I'm pretty sure Lambert won't be lost without him. The whole part time manager thing is very much over exaggerated. Most managers leave the coaching to their coaching staff while they manage the day to day running of the club and just over see things. Bent maybe a target but who's going to pay the sort of money it woulkd take? ?20m? Noone! As for N'Zogbia being out of form, Isn't Lamberts great strength motivating and bringing the best out of players?
