no, but....

there have been plenty of messages over the past 5 years (and I know as I've posted them myself) saying Worthy is an OK manager but has some pretty big tactical flaws. The argument was that this was OK because 1) he was great at the motivational/team spirit bit and 2) he was still learning.

It is now clear that he is no longer any good at the motivational bit and sadly he seems to have learned nothing tactically (sorry Nige, midfielders are not optional extras and never will be). I don't like having to say this - I really hoped he would learn and come through - but it is true.
