Out of all the managerial changes we got the best deal

Rodgers to Liverpool, A close seconds to our choice, not sure how he will manage with all those 'characters' at Liverpool

Clarke to WBA - Really pleased about that, will certainly be below us at the end of the season. Untested and by all account unwanted.

Lambert to Villa, probably left for the wrong reasons. I think he will do well but unless Villa spend a bucketload then they will struggle again. I suspect Culverhouse was a dominant force in that partnership.

Hughes and QPR - bound to end in tears, always does with sparky. Toys will come out of the pram and I think he will be gone by Christmas.
