The cost of keeping Worthy far outweighs the cost of firing him.

If Worthy stays, we stay in this division for at least one more season. Problem is, Ashton, Green Safri etc won't stay and that could prolong our stay in the fizzy even more.

How much will that cost the club? I would suggest far more than the cost of sacking him. We have arguably the best squad in the division, it should be better because Worthy should have signed another midfielder and centre-back during the summer.

This is Worthy's team, all his own work and he cannot get the required standard from them. Enough is enough, its almost too late to rescue this season already. I have not been a memmeber of the Worthy out brigade, but I'm joining as of now.

To the board. I think its frankly insulting to some of the best fans in the country that there's been no recent comment on our club's plight. the silence is deafening! 6-0 at Fulham and still we get 25,000 at every home game. The time for action is NOW. The new man needs to see what we've got to enable him to make changes in Jan. Its time to stop being nice and get ruthless.
