but not because of the Ipswich thing but because he is too good. He doesn't need to come here, he can (and will) do better.

And it does happen - Spurs appointed George Graham, Forest appointed Clough (Derby connections) and Leiocester appointed O'Neill (Forest connections). To name a few.
