given where we were when Lambert took over and the way the game has changed to stack the odds against teams like us.
Walker took over an established Prem top flight team that had finished in the top 5 twice in the previous 5 years and reached two FA Cup semi finals.
Lambert took over a team in a rut of failure that was hurtling towards oblivion from a footballing and financial point of view.
