I don't feel any animosity towards Lambert.
He did a great job. Part of the reason he did so well is that he is driven to achieve success and uber ambitious. Someone of that nature is always going to move on when they see the next step to the top is available. They will do whatever it takes to get there and if they upset people on the way so be it. Better that than someone who just settles until he is sacked.
The more I read about CH, and I've read everything, the more excited I am about his immanent arrival. I really want a tactician not just a motivator and in CH I think we have that.
