I'm not suprised

he has a lot of unfinished buisness at Cardiff, I doubt he will want to leave after the league cup final loss combined with the play off failure. Malky strikes me as somebody who would like to help a clubs potential to become fulfilled. Watford couldn't have achieved much more under the circumstances they're in; however, Cardiff have a lot of potential as a club.

I also think he's smart enough to realise that there are high expectations to be met at NCFC right now, I don't think Malky wants to become another Gunny.
