I don't think that it will be based upon length of contract because Lambert was on a rolling contract which means there was no end to it.

A tribunal will also consider that we paid about half a million when he was a L1 manager. His value must be many times that for a Prem manager.

They would also have to consider the cost of replacing him.

Don't forget that we will also want compo for any staff he takes with him.
