In the past, to my memory, our managers left or were told to leave with a bit of dignity.

Say what you like about the likes of Worthington and Grant, even Roeder, they didn't leave the club in such animosity and bitterness. As for being grateful for the last three seasons and it being just a job for them: I can't think of the last three seasons without feeling anger about the whole situation, whoever's to blame; and if I went for another job, especially if it was considered to be a promotion, leaving my previous one in such a manner, I wouldn't be considered for it. Fuck loyalty, it's got nothing to do with that, it's professionalism that's the issue for me.
