is a man totally lacking in class or dignity. A good manager undoubtedly, but the way he reacted in that boorish, aggressive way to quite reasonable questions about his and Holt's future underlined the sort of bloke he is. Did brilliantly for us but no warmth or likeable traits. A bully. Hope he falls flat on his face at Villa.
