10 point plan to turn things around- share your suggestions

In this simple format

1- Change the manager
2- Acquire a forceful centre midfielder (safri and marney can do the creative stuff but we need an enforcer)
3- Acquire a proper right winger
4- Make it clear that nobody is guaranteed a place in the team
5- establish clear leadership within team (change of management presnst ideal oppurtunity to change captain). Ideally, look at bringing in another malky/iwan type character.
6- Offer honest and frank apology to fans for poor form of team
7- Buy Davenport (assuming he cares enough)
8- get rid of anyone who doesnt want to play for norwich city
9- Give the kids a proper run in the team (and politely ask fans to show them some patience)
10- Set clear goals for rest of season (say challenge for playoffs). If possible, amend teams bonus wages to reflect this
