Tilson's my number one choice

And although they're top, surely even in our current state we'd be seen as a good step up for an ambitious young manager. I think he's done an amazing job there on little or no money. Although I understand that his assistants aren't as strong and I'd quite like to see a clean sweep of coaching staff.
