Different situations
For me, Lambert going is completely understandable. He's taken us a long way and wants to take a step up while his reputation is sky high. He wants to make it to the top. We will probably be worse off without him.
Holt is behaving like a bit of a dick and is probably just after more money. Good chance he may struggle in second season and may make it difficult for a new manager coming in with his strong personality. We're probably better off without him now.
