Like who?

Hughton isn't a failure at prem level, he just achieved too much, tyoo soon at Newcastle which lead to raised expectations. If anything he'd be a great long term fit for us, if he does reasonably well then we'll stick with him, and I doubt he will be desperate to leave at any point considering his past experiences.
