Not only should this be the name of the new Babyshambles album, it also describes our performance again.

Would someone please explain to me why Holloway is out on the edge of his technical area shouting out orders when his team are 3-0 up, while Worthy is sitting in the dug-out with his arms crossed watching his team fall apart infront of his very eyes.

He has no influence on the players and therefore doesn't even bother trying to motivate them when things are going badly on the pitch.

It's plain to see that he's gone stale and the players are failing to respond to his leadership. We need a total re-hash and a whole new management team with some form of direction and tactics.

As things stand we are heading to along the "Forest model", not the "Charlton model".
