Culverhouse has been deciding which players to sign, coaching the players, deciding upon tactics, doing team talks, making substitutions.

Lambert spent a lot of time in Scotland and reading books about Brian Clough. It seems all he did was wave his arms about on the touchline and do media interviews saying big words such as "massive" and "colossal".
