Why it should be Ian Culverhouse
1) Continuity of style, team spirit and transfer targets. In recent years a change of manager has been because change was needed as we were in the s**t. this time radical change is not required.
2) Pl has never denied how important IC is. During the match he analyses the game and recommends subs and formations and PL says he does it without question. Pl says he has a very good eye for a player and is obviously instrumental in transfer targets.
3) He is a top coach, we have played good stuff, regular changes of formation and team but everyone always knows their job. We have conceded less goals from set pieces than any other team in the EPL.
4) Less important but he has always been a success at Norwich and is genuine Hall of Famer and just maybe Pl would prove not to be such a great manager without him.
5) He would be cheap and not expect zillions of transfer budget.
