Summary of events so far...
Paul Lambert has either resigned or not following a bust up or not at a meeting that may or may not have happened and as such is either first or fourth choice for the Villa job that Martinez either has or hasn't turned down.
Have I missed anything out that may or may not have happened or may possibly happen in the future or not?
