You know, what really hurts about this is that I thought maybe this time it's different. We had someone who seemed not too bothered by the whole 'big club' mentality, was into the job, had everyone behind what he was doing. It was the perfect match. And now it ends like every other, in a greed stand-off.
To be blunt, if it pans out that he goes to Villa, I hope he's as successful as Walker was at Everton.
