Personally I see only two options that would continue the continuity of our situation.
Malky and Chris Hughton
I am a huge fan of Chris Hughton. The guy has been at some tough situations at both Newcastle and Birmingham yet has always remained calm.
Malky wouldn't be a terrible choice either as he knows the Championship very well. Realistically most of our transfer targets are going to be championship players.
When we needed a manager in LG 1 our situation was totally different. We were on our arse. The club was skint and had no squad.
Now we are in a great situation and look a very attractive proposition considering the board doesnt have delusions of grandeur.
17th place would suit them fine as a third PL season would have all the clubs debts cleared.
