If Sir Paul does leave
which way does the club go
We currently have a very succesful policy of buying rough diamonds from the lower leagues and polishing them into stars
How that policy was formed I don't know whether it was the board because we didn't have a pot to piss into or from Sir Paul, everybody has bought into it and its been very succesful for the club
And one expects it to continue because a) its working and b) we still in relative terms don't have a pot to piss into
If Sir Paul was to move on who could we get as a manager who would want to buy into the same policy and be as succesful with it
Or does anybody think that the club will loosen the purse strings to allow Sir Paul to buy a more proven / better class of a player to enable him to fulfil his ambition as a manager , because their is no reason why a club like NCFC could n't reach/ win the Carling cup or FA cup or have a succesful season in the europa league ( by that i mean reach the knock out stage)
