Holloway
I know him reasonably well and a lot of his image was played up to the TV cameras (because that is what they wanted from him) and it helped take the pressure away from his players.
He has now realised that he just needs to be himself in front of the media, and there is no need to be the jokey Ian Holloway to become accepted.
Behind the scenes he actually really good at managing players.
