I agree its hugely arrogant

that a club drawns up a shortlist including two managers who are in jobs and contracted to their clubs apparently on the assumption that they can pick and choose who they want.

It seems to be being widely reported that Villa have approached representatives of both Martinez and Lambo whilst not havining approached either Club for permission. Surely they should be held to account for that if it is true?
