Presumably it can be reassessed every 12 months too? First bit im more sure of than the second though.

I'd be surprised if he's not offered improved terms though.

Personally I admire the board for taking the rolling contract route with him after so many crap managers getting huge payouts, but maybe now it's time to get him signed on some beefy 3-5yr deal if he'd sign it.

Or maybe give it one more season to ensure we consolidate our Prem place then give him that, by which time though it might be too late.
