I agree and in theory it's a great idea but we all know that doesn't happen

personally witnessed on many occasions that if a kids team is losing every week, the parents try and get involved, they want changes, if their kid is on the bench they want them in next week as the team isn't winning soley because their little angel isn't starting. I've seen parents threatening other parents, fights, parents even threatening kids.
