I dont know an alternative right now, but healthy discussion on the topic would be good. No matter what I am sure the media and football fans will have a field day of criticism as with all change. But he's right imho especially after the whole Arjen Robben stuff with Bayern. Its hardly a team effort and often ends with the best team losing e.g. Norwich vs Birmingham playoff final.
