The text is basically a summary of all the relevant, issues, comments, subjects, opinions, red herrings, misunderstandings, personal insults, jibes, conspiracy theories, downright underhand behaviour and misinformation, which has been circulating for months now, and should if read in conjunction with the previous email, provide all of us with the useful knowledge needed to form a reasoned and intelligent diagnosis of where we are with this, and allow us to form a reliable prognosis for future use to resolve all outstanding problems.
