See I'd definitely give Crofts another year. I know he didn't have a brilliant season

but he's good enough for the Prem, I just don'tthink he realises it. I think it may've been quicker and more skillful than he'd imagined, and his confidence took a knock. I reckon, give him a close season to contemplate everything and he'll be back to the guy we know in August.
