I think most reasonable supporters would see him as a good choice

should a vacancy arise of course.

But he only has to make one mistake and everyone would be on his back. I don't think he'd want the hassle.

The again, after the boards at Ipswich, Derby and Hearts he might jump at the chance to work with one who actually appear to behave in a reasonable, sympathetic and professional manner.
