Gentlemen: we suffered a setback in midweek. I would very much appreciate it if you could put on a decent show today and achieve three points.
At the very least I'd like to reach 5pm without once having placed my head in my hands in desperation.
One for Nigel especially - get a f**king grip, man, you're fooling no-one.
