They're effectively in the positon we would be should Norwich survive next season, so he'd be getting a little head start. That means they have capacity to attract players with higher wages than Norwich do, and they don't already have many high earners to get rid of (like Villa).
I would be surprised if he went, but I think it would make more sense than Villa or Liverpool
