Its an example of management practise mate,ie, people can be under contract they want but

If management doesn't want them they will "find a way" of getting rid of them.i used to be a union rep and had mates who went on to mid level management,after id given it up i got told what happened and believe me management try and force people out and its a tactic we couldve used againt zw instead of letting him walk away.if he was under an 18-2yr contract do you really think we couldnt get ?1-1.5m for him?
