If Lambert goes then we will face a tough battle and possibly be relegated

His tactical decisions have won us games, generally he got it right, occasionally wrong. He is also a great motivator, compare him to other managers who, when putting on subs, goes to the player coming off and talks to them congratulates them. That's leadership and positive reinforcement. He will be hard to replace in my opinion. The club should do everything possible to retain him.
