what`s the point of a long term contract

when in reality a contract is worth f**k all.

The most you can expect in compo is about a million quid but in the grand scheme of things it`s not much for losing your manager.

and imagine if you can that we gave him a five year contract and he turned out to be s**t, what would that cost use to get rid?
