L is that they employ lots of foreign coaches who mainly get players fromtheir own countries,also the bcci is quite happy to mess english cricket(eters) about as it means they keep being the most powerful test playing nation in the icc,you notice our t20 winners didnt get to play in last years t20 champions league,its part of a powerplay by the bcci.
