I think the opposite, Hendo cares very little about the team...

Players like him and Jarvis dont care a great deal about how the team performs just on how they get on - and I'm not having a dig, it's just the way it can be with young kids trying to make an impression.

Looking at Jarvis it was clear that he was leaving the pitch a happy guy just because he scored, he didnt give a toss that we lost 4-2.
