I don't for one second think it's about Lambo leaving though. He's too professional to let that slip and allow complacency in the side.

On another note, I know Villa are a longstanding Prem team but they've sold off all their good talent and have hardly anything for investment. Why would Lambert want to go there? Do they really have that much more potential than Norwich, long term?
