The May Day stadium in North Korea has a capacity of 150'000...so, using your logic, North Korea are bigger and better than any other team, national or international, in the world!

Quite honestly if reducing Carrow Road to a capacity of 15'000 meant 15'000 every other week supporting club and players, period-rather than the additional 'x' wondering where Craig Bellamy is, 'y' moaning about whoever they don't like the look of and 'z' saying "who's that?" whenever one of our players gets the ball, well...

Its very nice that you are going to have a similar capacity to Bramall Lane though.
