Sure, it would take them longer - they'd need a new stadium for a start. But if he can keep getting them to play like last night then they'll get continuing support from the fans, increased commercial revenue from advertising/sponsorship, and possible premier league tv money next season.

I just think it'll be hard to prise him away whilst he's on a roll there. If they lose momentum and drift back down the table then I could understand it.

But anyway, besides the point for me really - I'm quite happy to stick with NW for the time being. Despite the fluke first-half score, we were actually playing pretty well (with certain exceptions).
