I've got a Specialized Roubaix road bike - its brillers!
Its full carbon but built for comfort (named after the Paris-Roubaix classic). The idea being you can ride it on cobbles without your teeth falling out.
I've had it about 4 years and its never let me down. Best bike I've ever owned.
If you can, try and buy your bike through the Cycle to Work scheme. Basically means you get it tax free.
